Name of Designation – Customer Service Officer (CSO) .
Essential Qualification - For the post of Customer Service Officer, Candidate must be Bachelor/ Master Degree holder in any stream with at least obtained 50% marks from any reputed and recognized University/ Institution.
Limitation of Age – Candidate should be maximum 32 Years of Age as reckoned on 29 October, 2011.
Relaxation in Age – Relaxation in Age may be given maximum 03 year for Candidates fulfill these terms & Conditions -
(I) Candidate who has Qualified Part- I Exam of CAIIB/ JAIIB and also presently working as a Clerk in any Co-Operative /Commercial Bank.
(II) Relaxation in Age for working Candidate is equal to number of completed years of working period in the other Bank to maximum of 03 years is as per given below.
(a) Service man Candidate who have one year working experience in Co-operative Bank/ commercial Bank as a Clerk and also qualified in CAIIB/JAIIB Part I will be eligible for the above post up to 33 years of Age.
(b) Service man Candidate who have passed in CAIIB/ JAIIB Part I and also having 02 year working experience as a Clerk in Co-Operative Bank/ Commercial Bank will be eligible for the above post up to 34 years of Age.
(c) Service man Candidate who have passed in CAIIB /JAIIB Part I and also having 03 years working experience as a Clerk in Co-Operative Bank/ Commercial bank will be Eligible for the above post up to 35 Years of Age
Note – The age will be reckoned as on 29 November, 2011.
Selection Process – Selection will be made on the basis of Written examination and Interview. Candidates who will qualify in written test will face Interview. Final selection will be made on the basis of Written test followed by Interview.
